The oil price has gone up. The correct way to operate when working
The continuous rise in the prices of gasoline and diesel has left users of diesel major excavators and loaders in tears. Here, the editor has compiled nine fuel-saving tips for excavators for your reference. Of course, many operators may have already applied them in their daily operations
Tip Nine: Try to avoid making ineffective actions. When loading the vehicle, try to take soil from the front as much as possible and avoid rotating to the rear door to take soil. The height of the excavator should be appropriate and there should be no repetitive digging actions.
Tip 8: Even when the engine is idling, there will still be oil circulating in the hydraulic pump and consuming fuel. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid idling the engine
Technique 7: When the sand or stones being excavated are overloaded, the excavator will fall into a pressure drop state. For problems that cannot be handled with one shovel, they can be dealt with in two steps to prevent pressure loss due to heavy load.
Tip 6: Reduce the engine speed. Although lowering the engine speed will affect the workload, it can significantly reduce fuel consumption and improve fuel efficiency. Of course, the prerequisite is that it will not lead to too low work efficiency.
Technique Five: Reducing the coiling Angle when loading onto a dump truck can shorten the operation cycle, increase the amount of work done per unit time, and thereby enhance fuel efficiency. This is also the most useful way to save fuel.
Tip Four: Reduce the engine speed while walking. By lowering the engine speed during operation, the fuel consumption efficiency during walking can be improved.
Technique Three: Perform high-position excavation. It is most effective when the excavator's working platform is at the same height as or slightly higher than the truck.
Technique Two: When conducting trenching operations, dig the two sides of the trench first, and then the middle part.
Tip one, and most importantly, is to choose a fuel-efficient and highly efficient excavator!
For instance, the FR60E excavator!
The Lovol FR60E excavator adopts Lovol's unique EDS intelligent control technology, automatic idle function, low fuel consumption, low emissions, and high-torque engine. Its fuel consumption is on average 6.8% lower than that of products of the same tonnage. By adopting a three-pump throttling system, the output power of the main pump is reasonably matched with the working load. The main valve is optimized, reducing the capacity loss of the hydraulic system. This not only improves the smoothness and efficiency of operation but also further reduces fuel consumption.
