How to install and adjust the speed control motor of the CAT325L excavator

1. Connect the wiring harness of the speed regulator motor to the computer connector.

2. Start the control program of the automatic speed regulator motor calibration form at level -1, and determine that the controller speed position is at the "10" position.

3. Identify the acceleration steel cable from the compartment (gray) (you can also face the rear cover of the motor). With the steel wire facing forward and the one on the right being the acceleration cable, adjust the lock nut (the nut at the end) and the nut (the nut at the rear end) on the cable to an appropriate distance.

4. Fully rotate the pulley counterclockwise to ensure that the control lever of the engine governor is in contact with the high-speed idling limiter.

5. Place the wire clips of the acceleration steel cable into the lower groove of the pulley and wind them clockwise to ensure that the wire clips are tightly embedded into the cut of the pulley.

6. Rotate the nut (the nut behind the end) until it is tightly attached to the fixed bracket.

7. Tighten the nut 1-2 turns, then tighten the lock nut (the nut at one end of the end) to fix the acceleration steel cable on the bracket.

8. Rotate the nut and lock nut of the reduction steel cable (or face the rear cover of the motor). With the steel wire facing forward and the one on the left being the acceleration cable, adjust the lock nut (the nut at the end) and the nut (the nut at the rear end) on the cable to an appropriate distance.

9. Place the wire clips of the deceleration steel cable into the upper groove of the pulley and wind them counterclockwise around the pulley to ensure that the clips are tightly embedded in the groove of the pulley.

10. Tighten the nut (the one at the back) until it reaches the flat surface of the support.

11. Loosen the nut (the one at the back) by 2 turns to make it loose on the deceleration cable, and then tighten the lock nut (the nut before the exam) to secure the deceleration cable to the bracket.

12. Two sets of fixed clamps for installing the steel cable of the speed regulator motor;

13. Connect the wires to the wiring terminal;

14. Start the engine and perform the "automatic G/A calibration" operation in the form of the operating procedure function.

After correct calibration, clearly understand the fault record data and check the "Clear Fault Record" section in the operation procedure bit level -1.
