Recently, a CRRC Heavy Industry high-altitude intelligent anchor bolt trolley equipped with a brand-new intelligent preset system for anchor bolt prestress was conducting intelligent preset anchor bolt prestress construction on the high-altitude railway.

The project tunnel is affected by fault structures, with a relatively fragmented rock mass, well-developed altered rocks, and local strong altered and fractured zones. Groundwater is enriched, and the geological conditions are rather complex. According to the construction design requirements, prestressed anchor bolt support is needed. How to independently preset, apply and detect the prestress of the anchor bolts is a key and difficult issue in on-site construction.

In response to the construction situation, CRRC Heavy Industry has developed an intelligent prestressing technology for anchor rods and installed it on the MTZ141G high-altitude intelligent anchor rod trolley. The upgraded anchor bolt trolley can achieve real-time display of the anchor bolt prestress value, automatic stop after the prestress is applied in place, and construction log recording and other functions through the intelligent preset system for anchor bolt prestress. After the installation of anchor rods during construction, truly effective active support is achieved by applying self-preset prestress to the anchor rods, ensuring that the quality of the prestress applied to the anchor rods meets the design requirements.

Up to now, the high-altitude intelligent anchor bolt trolley of CRRC Heavy Industry has completed the application of prestressed anchor bolts for over 150. Under the conditions of Grade III and IV surrounding rocks, the average time for the drilling and anchoring operation of a single anchor bolt is approximately 5 minutes. Each anchor bolt is effective, and the operation is safe and efficient. The MTZ141G high-altitude intelligent anchor bolt trolley of CRRC Heavy Industry has broken through the technical problem that the anchor bolt construction could not independently preset, apply and detect the prestress of the anchor bolts for a long time, effectively solving the problem that the support efficiency of the anchor bolts could not meet the design requirements, and safeguarding the construction of the active support system for high-altitude railway tunnels.
