Over the past ten years, with 45 models, XCMG's extraordinary innovative journey of rotary drilling RIGS!
The Decade of the New Era
XCMG Foundation has successfully developed it
45 types of rotary drilling RIGS have participated in the construction of nearly 20,000 Bridges
The length of Bridges and tunnels exceeds 100,000 kilometers
Help China's transportation build roads through mountains and Bridges over rivers
During the construction of super Bridges and tunnels, the construction performance of XCMG rotary drilling RIGS in "super-large, super-deep and super-hard strata"
It is also constantly upgrading and refreshing
Ultra-deep hole: 143 meters
Jiaojiang Special Bridge of Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou Railway
Four large-tonnage rotary drilling RIGS from XCMG made their simultaneous appearance in the construction project of the Jiaojiang Special Bridge on the Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou Railway. Among them, the XR550D rotary drilling rig has a construction depth of 143 meters!
The XCMG XR550D rotary drilling rig can meet the construction requirements of a maximum drilling diameter of 3.5 meters and a maximum drilling depth of 146 meters. During the construction, XCMG XR400D and XRS1050 were first used to drill to a depth of 100 meters, and then XR550D was used for relay construction. The construction quality of the project is high, with verticality all less than 0.3%. Its high-quality pile driving effect has been highly recognized by the project department and users.
Super speed: 145 days
Huangmaohai Bridge
One of the key control projects of the Huangmaohai Cross-sea Passage, the Huangmaohai Bridge, features a main pier with a group pile foundation, a diameter of 3 meters and a pile length of 110 meters. XCMG XR550D and XR580HD rotary drilling RIGS, facing granite dozens of meters deep, have multiple technical advantages and product performances such as high efficiency and convenience, ultra-deep piles, and super-large holes. The main tower has 102 pile foundations. XCMG rotary drilling RIGS completed the pile foundation construction of this super project in just 145 days, with the proportion of Class I piles reaching 100%, demonstrating outstanding project quality.
Super-hard rock: 2-meter-high core
The Linhuai Pass Bridge Spanning the Huai River
The Linhuai Pass Bridge over the Huai River, facing 36 bridge piers of the main bridge, has a maximum drilling diameter of 2.8 meters and a maximum drilling depth of about 94 meters. The construction conditions are that the rock strata entering the bridge are moderately weathered gneiss.
Six XCMG XR580HD rotary drilling RIGS, with their outstanding performance and professional customized construction techniques, can extract complete rock cores with a diameter of about 1.5 meters and a height of approximately 2.0 meters at one time, defending their "dominant" position on the site with their solid strength.
Extra-large diameter: 4m
Ma 'anshan Yangtze River Road-Rail Bridge
The main piers of the Ma 'anshan Yangtze River Road-Rail Bridge have a total height of 345 meters, making it the world's tallest bridge tower. The main pier pile foundation adopts 60 bored piles with a diameter of 4 meters, which is the most and largest diameter bored pile in the world's inland rivers. Almost all of XCMG's 55-ton-meter and above rotary drilling RIGS are gathered here. On average, each vehicle works for more than 500 hours per month, operating at full capacity continuously.
Among them, Pier No. 3 of the bridge is composed of 68 cast-in-place piles, with a diameter of 3 meters, a drilling length of 95 meters, a hole depth of 122.5 meters, and a rock penetration depth of 71.4 meters. The bottom of the piles needs to enter the medium-cemented argillaceous sandstone layer. The XCMG rotary drilling rig group has achieved an average of one pile per day, effectively ensuring the project's schedule milestones.
Super large tonnage: XR1600E
The "world's first drill" has a diameter of 7.5 meters and a depth of 190 meters
In July this year, the "world's first drill" XR1600E was grandly rolled off the production line at XCMG. This rotary drilling rig has a maximum drilling diameter of 7.5 meters and a maximum drilling depth of 190 meters. Its debut marks that it can easily handle all kinds of complex working conditions in the current global bridge and tunnel construction field.
The XR1600E is currently the world's first rotary drilling rig capable of transporting all components in separate units. After disassembly, each module weighs no more than 50 tons. The modular design enables this "giant" to adapt to various extreme working conditions such as offshore Bridges, offshore wind power, super-hard strata, and high altitudes.
An extraordinary decade
Constantly break through in the "construction" certification
Larger, deeper and harder strata
XCMG's rotary drilling RIGS empower pile foundation operations with scientific research capabilities, opening up more possibilities for underground space churning
