"Drill Under the Vehicle, Refine the Details" - Shantui Wood Plate Loader, born for wood processing!

In the clear autumn season, the second phase of Shantui loaders' "Drill Under the Vehicle, Improve Details" campaign is in full swing. The activity group arrived at a certain wood processing factory in the only national-level imported wood quarantine and pest control treatment area in Shandong Province - the national-level imported wood quarantine and pest control treatment area in Lanshan District, Rizhao City.

The company previously owned several loaders of other brands that were equipped with standard wood grips, mainly used for unloading ships at ports, loading and unloading wood vehicles, and stacking operations in wood storage areas. Firstly, when customers are stacking materials, they will use a wooden grip to strike the stacked materials from the side. Secondly, regarding container unloading, the upper fork of the C-type wood grip has poor insertability and cannot effectively enter the container to pick up the wood, thus limiting the working conditions.

In response to this situation, members of the Shantui team promptly initiated the development and production of a dedicated version of the loader to address such demands, and launched a cross-tooth type wood grip suitable for on-site use. For wood trucks with high beam spacers, a small spacer wood grip is designed to meet the requirements of various vehicle models. It can be applied to the loading and unloading material conditions of various vehicle models and can handle the transportation of various types of wood from 5 to 12 meters. And in order to improve the second issue, Shantui technicians have specifically introduced a steering priority unloading system. We have launched multiple models of wood-holding plate loaders, including L55-C5, L58K-C5, and L68K-C5, which have been improved for wood-holding devices and pipelines, to meet the diverse needs under various practical working conditions.

After seeing the upgraded and revamped car, the customer was immediately attracted by its appearance and configuration and decided to place a new order for two L58K-C5 units on the spot. During the nearly one-month trial use of the L58K-C5 delivered to the customer, the Shantui upgraded wooden special edition loader not only perfectly solved the two major "difficult" problems, but also competed with similar products from other brands on the same stage. Moreover, it far exceeded its rivals in terms of efficiency and fuel economy!

What suits you best is the best! Through the research and on-site observation at Rizhao Lanshan Port, the team members personally experienced the working conditions of the customers, their essential demands for loader equipment, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of competing products of the same tonnage. Through continuous detailed comparisons and benchmarking analyses, they pointed out the direction for product design and provided data.

As the event progresses in depth, more and more customer experience feelings and demand feedback from different working conditions have been gathered in the R&D department of the headquarters. These specific improvement suggestions, including operability, comfort, and matching, will be the core driving force for Shantui loaders to further achieve the product goal of "the most suitable is the best"!
