Solution to the problem of the scraper of the LTU950 paver not moving
If manual operation shows action but automatic operation does not (i.e., the material level gauge cannot automatically control the scraper's action), it indicates that the mechanical transmission and hydraulic transmission systems are normal, but there is a fault in the material level gauge's circuit or the upper and lower microswitches of the material level gauge have shifted. At this time, it is necessary to check and repair the circuit, and readjust the position of the microswitches of the material level gauge to eliminate the fault.
2. If neither manual operation nor automatic operation shows any action, first check if the circuit is loose and if the fuse is blown. If there is a problem with the circuit connection or the fuse is blown, the fault can be eliminated by replacing the fuse or reconnecting the circuit.
3. If the electrical control system is normal but the scraper does not move, it may be due to a fault in the hydraulic system or the mechanical transmission system. If there is a fault in the hydraulic system, it may be that the system relief valve is stuck and the system pressure cannot rise, or it may be that the electromagnetic directional control valve does not act. Generally, first check the electromagnetic directional control valve, clean it and observe the action of the valve core in the powered state. If the valve core operates normally in the powered state, clean the relief valve and adjust it to eliminate the fault. At this point, the system pressure can be measured by installing a pressure-measuring joint at the inlet of the oil filter. If the pressure is greater than 150bar under load, the hydraulic system is working normally. Check whether there are any abnormalities or jamming phenomena in the mechanical transmission system and eliminate them.
