The first batch of 150-ton large mining trucks from Weichai, a major national equipment, was delivered

At 9 a.m. on November 8th, the first delivery ceremony of the 150-ton large mining trucks of Weichai - Shenhua Wuhai was held in Yangzhou. Tan Xuguang, the Party Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group and the Chairman of Weichai Group, handed over the "golden key" to Shenhua Wuhai Company, marking the official batch commercial application of Weichai's independently developed "major national equipment", completely breaking the long-term monopoly of international brands and achieving independent control.

The 150-ton large mining truck model delivered this time is equipped with the "Golden Power System for Mining Trucks" featuring a 17-liter engine from Weichai Group, a 3,300-Newton-meter high-torque 8-speed transmission, and a 60-ton drive axle. It is the first of its kind in China and leads the world. The cumulative trial operation of the vehicle has exceeded 50,000 hours, with a total mileage of over 360,000 kilometers. The efficiency has increased by 70%, and the unit energy consumption has decreased by 10%, achieving the operational effect of one vehicle replacing two.
