Recently, the safety monitoring system for several girder cranes installed by Weite Technology Co., Ltd. for the Hanshou Girder Fabrication Yard of China Railway 12th Bureau was successfully accepted and put into use, ensuring the smooth progress of the first box girder erection on the Changsha-Yiyang-Changde Railway.

This WTSM-A gantry crane safety monitoring system meets the national standard requirements for safety monitoring of cross-line gantry cranes and can independently record and view various parameters in real time. It is equipped with common communication interfaces, including passive switch signal interfaces, 4-20mA analog signal interfaces, and pulse signal interfaces, and has independent and expandable I/O functions. The entire machine data communicates via Modbus or Profibus, allowing real-time viewing of historical operation records and analysis and judgment of the correctness of operations in the background.
