With the combination of scenario-based and intelligent features, the unmanned driving equipment provided by Taikaiying to Pengxiang has been successfully delivered
After four months of dedicated efforts, in early December, 15 Pengxiang large-tonnage unmanned wide-body vehicles equipped with Taikaiying tires were successfully delivered to a coal mine in Xilingol, a subsidiary of the National Energy Group. This is the largest single order for unmanned wide-body vehicles in the construction machinery industry to date, once again confirming the extremely high customer recognition of Taikaiying wide-body vehicle tires.
Previously, the National Energy Group planned to build a certain coal mine in Xilingol League into an unmanned mine, aiming to enhance the operational efficiency of the mine through digitalization and intelligence. After a fierce competition, Pengxiang PX105AT unmanned wide-body vehicle finally won the project successfully.
Considering the outstanding performance of Taikaiying tires in the past, its leading intelligent solutions in the industry, as well as its professional and worry-free cooperation history, Pengxiang has decided to once again entrust the tire supply task for the PX105AT unmanned wide-body vehicle to Taikaiying.
After receiving the product requirements, Taikaiying quickly organized engineers to go to the mine site for in-depth survey and research. The engineers investigated various working scenarios on site, including transportation distance, transportation slope, road conditions, and environmental temperature. Based on the mine's scenario and user requirements, the engineers from Taikaiying believed that the mine had high demands for tire stability and ultimately matched 16.00R25 ET668 tires for its scenario.
The ET668 tire is a wide-body vehicle tire specially developed by Taikaiying for general road conditions. Its unique structural design perfectly solves the problem of tire heat dissipation and effectively reduces the problem of early tire block shedding. Meanwhile, the design of the tire's transverse blocks and reinforcing ribs endows the tire with the ability to prevent skidding and blowouts.
With the continuous maturation of related technologies such as unmanned mines and unmanned driving, operators eager to enhance the operational efficiency of mines are gradually promoting the rapid implementation of intelligent technologies. For many years, Taikaiying has been deeply engaged in the research and development and design of mine-specific tires. It will continue to be customer demand-oriented, adhere to the scenario-based concept, and constantly achieve technological iteration to contribute to unmanned mines.
