1. Engine preheating
Pay attention to preheating the engine. Start it only when the temperature reaches above 30 to 40 degrees. If there is no preheating device, remove the air filter, drive the engine, and use the blowtorch to heat the air intake, so that the engine sucks in the flame while inhaling air. After the engine has been running for a while, supply fuel and start it. When the temperature is low, the engine should idle for a while before operating at full load. Each startup time should not be too long.
2. Operations after startup:
After starting, it should idle for 3 to 5 minutes before starting (or carrying a load) to ensure normal lubrication. If the engine is cold, the engine speed should be gradually increased to ensure that all parts of the engine have sufficient engine oil. Only when the water temperature exceeds 60 degrees can the vehicle be operated with a large throttle.
3. Maintenance after stopping work:
After the rotary drilling rig stops working, wait for a few minutes before checking the engine oil. The oil dipstick standard should be between H and L. Add more and replenish less. Regularly check the quality of the engine oil and replace the engine oil and oil filter. When the temperature drops below zero degrees, after the work is completed, drain all the cooling water completely to prevent it from cracking due to freezing. Be sure to add antifreeze.
In addition, regular maintenance of the hydraulic system, electrical system, cooling system, etc. is also necessary. Regularly inspect the damage of oil pipes and sealing rings, and always have spare vulnerable parts ready. Regularly check whether the steel wire rope is in good condition. Check whether the bolts and pins are worn or broken. If any are found, replace them in time. Always pay attention to whether the circuit relays are aging and prepare emergency spare parts in advance. Check whether the bearings of the drill pipe lifter (wire rope connection body) rotate flexibly. If any damage is found, replace the parts in time.
