JGM9075M-10 Wheeled excavator

A 75-type excavator driven by hydraulic power, with a total weight of 7.15 tons, is equipped with a Yuchai engine with a power of 55.8 kilowatts, which is powerful. Under the premise of ensuring low fuel consumption, it has a higher working efficiency (measured fuel consumption is 2 to 3 liters under heavy-load working conditions). It adopts a DOC+DPF post-treatment system. Meanwhile, the parallel radiator makes the equipment operation more heat-resistant and safer. The new working device and load sensitive system enable more precise flow control, faster speed with single equipment, and greater fuel efficiency. It is applicable to municipal construction, urban renovation, farmland, water conservancy and other projects.

JGM9135M-10 Wheeled excavator

This is a fully hydraulical-driven wheeled excavator with a total weight of 11 tons. It is equipped with a 74-kilowatt Yuchai engine and a load-sensitive hydraulic system. It features high operational efficiency and low fuel consumption (measured to be 3 to 4 liters under heavy-load operation conditions). It adopts a DOC+DPF post-treatment system, making daily maintenance and upkeep convenient. Standard equipped with front and rear cameras to enhance driving and operation safety. The working device is standard-equipped with multi-functional hydraulic pipelines and can be used in conjunction with various attachments such as buckets, breakers, and grippers for operations. It is suitable for various working conditions including earthwork construction, road crushing, and bamboo and wood loading and unloading.

JGM912EV pure electric wheeled excavator

The JGM912EV pure electric wheeled excavator has a simple structure and adopts a dual-motor scheme, ensuring high reliability of the entire vehicle control.

It has strong power. The oil pump motor adopts a 75kw permanent magnet motor, which has a fast response speed and a large working torque. It has a strong endurance. The entire vehicle is equipped with a 140kwh lithium iron phosphate power battery, which can last for 6 to 8 hours, outperforming industry configurations. It has good economic performance. Compared with the fuel-powered wheel excavator of the same level, the operating cost can be reduced by more than 60%, saving about 100,000 yuan annually. It has strong adaptability and can work normally and stably under different working conditions and environmental temperatures.

Technical highlights

1. It adopts a five-in-one controller, integrating functions such as PDU, MCU, and tbox. The structure is more compact, reducing the connection of high-voltage wiring harnesses and lowering the equipment failure rate.

2. The entire machine control software is independently developed, adopting a modular program structure and based on matlab/simulink models. It can quickly carry out customized functional development and performance calibration according to customer requirements.

3. It adopts a dual-motor scheme, which is convenient for control and enables the motors to operate for a long time within the fuel-efficient range, resulting in lower overall energy consumption of the vehicle.
