Maintenance
What are the requirements for the inspection and repair of the hydraulic transmission device of a forklift?
The hydraulic torque converter transmits energy through a liquid medium, so there is very little contact and friction between metals, and it has a long service life with few cases of damage.
The most common fault of hydraulic torque converters is oil leakage (including internal leakage and external leakage), which will reduce the performance of the torque converter. The fundamental cause of oil leakage is the deterioration, aging and damage of the sealing parts. Therefore, under normal circumstances, the torque converter should be adjusted and maintained every 2,400 hours of operation, and the worn parts and seals should be replaced according to the specific situation.
2) The oil should be kept clean. The oil should be cleaned and changed regularly, and the filter should be cleaned.
2. The parts should not have any phenomena such as bending, cracking, breaking or damage to the threaded holes. The mating surfaces and friction surfaces should be smooth.
Bending, cracks and fractures generally require replacement with new parts. If there are grooves and unevenness on the mating surface and friction surface, they can be polished and trimmed with an oilstone within the allowable range. If they exceed the limit, they should be replaced.
3. Rolling bearings should rotate smoothly and flexibly without noise, stagnation or jamming. Otherwise, they should be replaced.
The fit between the outer ring of the bearing and the housing is generally -0.005 to +0.041mm (" - "indicates interference and" + "indicates clearance), and the maximum clearance should not exceed +0.08mm. The fit between the inner ring of the bearing and the journal is generally -0.002 to +0.023mm. When the clearance exceeds this range, it can be repaired by chrome plating.
4. Gears and shaft gears: The gears in torque converters and transfer cases, due to their transmission nature, do not have shift shock. Therefore, most of the gear damage is caused by wear, riven and fracture of the gear working surface. If the teeth of the gear are worn, cracked or broken, they should be replaced.
5. Inspect the steel or sintered friction plates: The thickness of the steel disc friction plate is 1.5mm, and that of the sintered disc friction plate is 2.5mm. If the wear exceeds 0.1mm, they should be replaced.
