Common Faults and Troubleshooting Methods of Forklift Hydraulic Transmission Devices
Common faults of hydraulic transmission devices include: abnormal operation of the torque converter, high oil temperature, and unreliable operation of the clutch, etc. The troubleshooting methods are as shown in the following table: Fault phenomenon cause troubleshooting method: The engine rotates the torque converter working while the forklift does not run. The oil level is low. After the torque converter rotates for 1 minute, it can be seen from the oil dipstick that the torque converter pressure is low when the engine stops to fill with oil. Check the torque converter pressure. When the reversing is in the neutral position and the speed is 1000r/min, the minimum pressure should be 0.26Mpa. Check the pressure of the safety valve's oil discharge pipe. The minimum pressure should be 0.7Mpa. If the clutch slips and moves unflexibly, the oil circuit cannot be fully opened. Check the clutch pressure. When the rotational speed is 1000r/min, the minimum pressure should be 0.7MPa. Check if the clutch oil circuit is blocked. Clean and clear it. Check the friction plate. If it is worn, replace it. Check the sealing ring. If the hydraulic oil is damaged, it should be replaced. There is foam in the oil, water in the oil, the oil level is too low, adjust to the marked position on the dipstick, the oil type is selected incorrectly or the oil is not clean, change the oil, the oil temperature is too high, the oil level is inappropriate, there is foam in the oil, the cooling system fails, ventilation, oil filling, cooling Clear the oil circuit of the cooling system and check for any leakage or blockage. Promptly eliminate the problem of high-temperature oil flowing into the torque converter. If the oil circuit of the torque converter safety valve is blocked, clear it. The clutch is unreliable. If the oil pump is worn or the pressure is low, check the oil pump pressure (0.7Mpa). If it is worn, When the oil level of the pump is low, replenish the oil. The hydraulic directional control valve is malfunctioning. Adjust the rocker arm Angle. There is a loss of power. The oil cooler is faulty. Check the cooling system and eliminate faults (blockage, rupture, etc.). The torque converter and pressure are low. Check and adjust the parking brake. Release the parking brake. The forklift only moves in one direction. When in neutral gear, it crawls and the clutch gets stuck. If the clutch is not reset or fails, check and clean the clutch mechanism, and adjust it to make it move flexibly. Check the position of the hydraulic directional control valve and adjust it accurately
