The connection method between the hydraulic hammer and the excavator
The hydraulic hammer is connected to the excavator through a distribution valve. The diverter valve has four oil ports, each with corresponding markings, namely "P", "A", "H" and" T "ports. The connection methods between the YC260, YC460 and YC750 hydraulic hammers and the distribution valves on the corresponding excavators are introduced as follows.
(1) Connect the "P" port of the diverter valve to the oil outlet of the pump with a hose.
(2) Connect the "A" port of the diverter valve to the oil inlet of the control valve with a hose.
(3) Connect the "H" port of the diverter valve to the oil inlet pipeline of the hydraulic hammer.
(4) Connect the "T" port of the diverter valve to the oil tank.
(5) Connect the return oil pipe of the hydraulic hammer to the main return oil pipe of the excavator.
(6) The pipe diameters connecting each interface are as follows: When the oil supply of the main unit is less than 70L/min, the pipe diameter is ¢16mm. When the oil supply of the main unit is greater than or equal to 70L/ min, the pipe diameter is ¢20mm.
