7. The rotation of the scraper, the adjustment of the soil shovel Angle and the inclination towards the outside of the machine should be carried out when the machine is shut down. The lifting and lowering actions of the left and right ends of the scraper can be adjusted during the mechanical movement.

8. When the scraper is shoveling soil and the toothed rake is loosening the ground, it should be driven at the first gear speed. When performing soil scraping and leveling operations, drive at second or third gear speeds.

9. For solid soil, the ground should first be loosened with a toothed rake. When loosening, the teeth should be lowered slowly.

When using a motor grader to clear snow, anti-skid chains should be installed on the tires, and the locations of deep pits and grooves on the working surface should be identified.

When the motor grader is turning or making a U-turn, it should be in a low gear. When driving normally, front-wheel steering should be used. When the ground is particularly narrow, both the front and rear wheels can be used to turn simultaneously.

When the motor grader is in motion, the scraper and the rake should be raised to the highest position, and the scraper should be placed at an Angle. The ends of the scraper must not extend beyond the outer side of the rear wheels. The driving speed must not exceed the speed specified in the user manual. When going downhill, do not coast in neutral.

The oil temperature of the torque converter during the operation of the motor grader must not exceed 12CTC.

After the operation, the motor grader should be parked on a flat and safe ground. The scraper should be placed on the ground and the manual brake should be tightened.
