SY135C is a star product of Sany Heavy Machinery's 13T-class small excavators. It has maintained a high market share among models of the same tonnage for many consecutive years and is sold to over 100 countries around the world. The all-new generation SY135C National IV engine has been upgraded around "new power, new technology and new design". Its performance is more outstanding than that of National III engines. It is suitable for urban construction, road repair, earthwork, stonework, mining and other engineering operations, and can meet different operation requirements, bringing greater investment returns to customers.

Equipped with the Isuzu 4JJ1 engine, with a rated power of 86kW, the engine has a larger power and torque margin to ensure sufficient power. By adopting a dedicated post-treatment control strategy, the emissions are cleaner and meet the national IV emission regulations. Combined with high-pressure common rail electronic fuel injection technology, it achieves millisecond-level precise control of fuel injection, ensuring complete combustion of fuel and lower fuel consumption.

The positive flow hydraulic system achieves precise power matching, increasing the overall energy efficiency by 5% to 8%. The simple oil passage design, eliminating logic valves, effectively avoids fixed throttling losses. It adopts well-known brand large-displacement main pumps, high-performance main valves and large-diameter main valve cores, which have greater flow capacity and smaller pressure loss, comprehensively enhancing the overall controllability and fuel economy of the machine.

The bucket shape undergoes secondary arc optimization design, effectively reducing the digging resistance and power loss. The front edge plate adopts the unique flange structure of Sany, which avoids excessive wear and significantly extends the service life.

The problem of tooth skipping is comprehensively improved by adopting a dual approach of raising the tooth drive wheel and reinforcing the tensioning device. Upgrade the new type of track guard plate. The bottom contour curve is optimized according to the actual walking conditions, effectively solving the problem of interference and wear between the track guard plate and the track plate during walking.

The new type of open O-shaped dust-proof ring adopts a curtain fabric structure to slow down the wear rate. Honeycomb high-load-bearing wear-resistant bushing, with self-lubricating surface, significantly extends the service life of moving parts.

Sany has collaborated with a renowned automotive design company to comprehensively upgrade the exterior. The height of the panel door has been increased to 1000mm, and the volume of the panel exterior has been expanded to 2470×2480×1200mm, with a 10% increase in space. The counterweight lines are simple, stable and strong.
