Strong power and efficient construction

The power system is equipped with a custom-imported engine from Sany, with a power of 272kW. It has strong adaptability to high altitudes, with an engine reserve power of over 20%, and no power attenuation at an altitude of 3,000 meters.

The post-treatment technology of DOC+DPF+SCR is adopted, and the urea pipeline is heated by electricity, which improves energy efficiency, cleans emissions and is more environmentally friendly.

Equipped with an advanced hydraulic system, the main pump displacement has been upgraded from 160cc to 200cc. It features a large-diameter main valve with a large flow capacity, reduced pressure loss, improved energy efficiency, and faster overall operation.

Super strong structure, full of power

The entire vehicle system adopts a "positive flow" system and Sany's independently developed "DMOS" engine-pump-valve integrated dynamic optimization intelligent control system, which is highly efficient and low-consumption. With an efficiency of 40 tons, it only requires a fuel consumption of 30 tons.

The upgrade of the boom and bucket arm fully applies the 20,000-hour working device technology, ensuring high reliability and longer service life of the working device. The cross-section of the boom boom has been widened, thereby enhancing its service life. Optimize the welding process and eliminate stress concentration. Strengthening the local high-stress areas reduces the average stress and extends the service life.

All four wheels and one belt have been comprehensively upgraded, with the tracks upgraded from MH to MI. The adoption of double support sprockets has comprehensively upgraded the driving range to GM75, enhancing the reliability of turning. The 40-ton class slewing bearing has an increased X-frame cross-section, ensuring higher reliability.

It is equipped with a 2.2m³ large bucket as standard, suitable for the harsh and demanding working environment in mines.
