Compared with the quadrilateral boom used in previous products, it effectively enhances rigidity, reduces deformation deflection, and lowers the stress of the main weld by 50%. It is worth mentioning that the connecting rod structure of the ZT23JE-V is a parallel four-rod + three-section telescopic boom design, which enables the acceleration change of the equipment during the luffing process to be more smooth, and also allows for dynamic adjustment of the center of gravity of the entire machine, ensuring safety and reliability.

In terms of transportation, compared with other electric products of the same meter range, the ZT23JE-V is designed to be more compact. Due to the adoption of a foldable flyarm design, its storage length is as short as 6.8 meters, the storage width is only 2.46 meters, and the storage height is 2.7 meters. Meanwhile, this design enables the ZT23JE-V to achieve an off-road climbing ability of 45%, allowing it to easily pass through complex road conditions, with performance far exceeding that of similar products from other brands.

In terms of emergency response, the ZT23JE-V is equipped with an electric emergency system (a micro hydraulic pump powered by an independent battery) as standard, enabling the boom to descend and reset. Compared with the manual emergency systems of previous products, the electric emergency system is as easy to use as normal operations and can be completed on the work platform, which is simple and effortless.

The ZT23JE-V is equipped with a large-capacity lead-acid battery, ensuring longer battery life for the device. In addition, this product also has a lithium battery version (ZT23JE-V Li), which features a large battery capacity, long service life and excellent discharge performance.
