The Jiangshan SE-565 electric heavy-duty truck, the largest mass-produced electric heavy-duty truck in China in terms of battery capacity, is a super electric vehicle equipped with a 565kWh battery capacity, capable of handling cross-city logistics transportation within a radius of over 350 kilometers.

The Jiangshan SE-565, featuring over 20 technologies, 4 industry firsts and 4 industry-leading technologies, is a dedicated model for new energy cross-city express delivery and express freight.

Self-developed integrated electric drive axle

The Jiangshan SE-565 is equipped with an integrated electric drive axle independently developed by Sany. Compared with central drive, it has the following advantages: the maximum power of the dual motors is 500Kw, the peak torque is 1500N.m, the power is abundant, the 0-50km/h acceleration is less than 21 seconds, and the acceleration and climbing ability are stronger.

The Jiangshan SE-565 integrates the axle, transmission and motor into one, reducing the weight by 250kg compared with the central drive power system. The integrated electric drive axle three-in-one integration greatly saves space, provides sufficient space for the power battery to be arranged in the middle area of the chassis, lowers the vehicle's center of gravity, and significantly improves the handling stability.

Self-developed power domain control architecture

Compared with the control architecture of traditional electric heavy-duty trucks, the Jiangshan SE-565 is equipped with the power domain control architecture independently developed by Sany, which integrates multiple control modules such as VCU, BMS, TCU, and integrated thermal management, completely decoupling software and hardware, and achieving multiple functions such as cost reduction and energy consumption reduction.

Pioneered the four-gun fast charging technology

Considering the issue of charging a large capacity of 565kWh, the Jiangshan SE-565 is equipped with two charging ports on each side of the vehicle, supporting simultaneous 4-gun fast charging with a current of 800A. It can charge 80% in 43 minutes and provide a charging capacity of 340kWh.

Dual-circuit power supply + dual-power source control

The Jiangshan SE-565 offers multiple protections for the power system. The 8 standard H boxes are divided into dual branches, with the middle and rear electric drive axles serving as two power sources. In the event of a failure in a single battery branch or a single axle, it can automatically switch to single-branch or single-axle operation, enhancing the vehicle's operational stability and achieving zero breakdowns.

In addition, the chassis of the Jiangshan SE-565 vehicle is independently developed by Sany. The braking system is equipped with ABS+ESC functions, making the braking of the entire vehicle safer. It can achieve decoupled energy recovery, and the range is increased by 15% compared with the models currently on sale in the industry.

The steering system of Jiangshan SE-565 adopts HPS electric steering system, matched with dual electric power steering pumps and redundant design. Through Sany's independent calibration and debugging of the vehicle's steering center response, steering self-centering ability, steering force, etc., it has risen to the level of passenger cars, providing a more comfortable and smooth driving and riding experience.

In addition, it is equipped with the Sany self-developed Jiangshan SE new Energy dedicated cab:

1. Extra-large cab space: half-height roof and flat floor, with an inner length 200mm longer than the same length. It is equipped with an 850mm ultra-wide sleeping berth, over 20 storage Spaces, and the total space exceeds 900 liters.

2. Luxurious seats, ultimate comfort: The backrests of the seats are electrically rotable and adjustable, equipped with three-level adjustable armrests and dual airbag lumbar supports. The vibration isolation rate of the seats exceeds that of peers by 54.5%, providing excellent vibration isolation and greater comfort, effectively supporting the shoulder and lumbar vertebrae.

3. The semi-surround dashboard features operation buttons within easy reach, and the gearshift is convenient and simple to operate. The oversized front sunshade curtain has a pull-down length of nearly 320mm, providing perfect sunshade effect. Large-sized side sun visors protect the side from sunlight and enhance driving safety.
