When assembling the differential housing and cover, they should be assembled according to the original marks. The fit clearance between the cross shaft hole and the cross shaft is generally -0.01 to +0.16mm.

2) The fit clearance between the planetary gear and the half shaft gear is 0.2 to 0.3mm. It can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the thickness of the spherical washer of the planetary gear and the washer of the half shaft gear.

3) Check through the lubrication holes of the differential housing that each bevel gear should rotate smoothly without any obstruction. The end clearance of the half shaft gear should be 0.5 to 0.8mm, and the maximum should not exceed 1mm. If it is greater than this, the stop gasket should be replaced.

4) Adjustment of the axial clearance of the differential bearing: The axial clearance of the differential bearing should be 0.05-0.1mm. It can be adjusted by turning the large adjustment nut.

The adjustment method for the axial clearance of the CPQ3 forklift differential bearing is to first not install the driving bevel gear. It can be checked from the shaft hole of the driving bevel gear. The driven bevel gear should rotate smoothly, and the axial clearance should not be felt. The axial clearance can be adjusted by adding or removing the adjustment gasket at the bearing.
