Battery power, facilitating professional construction

Wacker Neuson will showcase a brand-new series of bidirectional battery-powered vibrating plate compactors - APU28 and APU33 - at Bauma. They have centrifugal forces of 28 and 33 kilonewtons, offer three working widths of 40, 50 and 60 centimeters, are easy to operate and have excellent mobility.

All models are equipped with Wacker Neuson's independently developed DireX direct drive technology, achieving power transmission without transmission loss or frictional loss, thereby extending operating time and reducing maintenance requirements.

These vibrating plate rammers are powered by the robust Battery One battery, which has been widely used in more than 20 battery-powered lightweight devices of Wacker Neuson and is compatible with construction equipment of different brands, significantly reducing the complexity of equipment management on the construction site.

New fuel-powered models have made their debut

In addition to battery-powered equipment, Wacker Neuson will also bring an innovative upgrade to the fuel-powered bidirectional vibrating plate rammer at Bauma. The new generation of DPU52, DPU62, BPU52 and BPU62 are about to make their debut, featuring a compaction force of 52 to 62 kN, offering three different working widths, and can be equipped with either gasoline or diesel engines, providing strong power for construction sites.
