Three years apart! Sany once again amazed Germany at bauma 2022

From October 24th to 30th, after a three-year hiatus, the global construction machinery exhibition event - the 2022 bauma Exhibition in Germany - was held in Munich. This year's bauma exhibition attracted over 3,100 exhibitors from around the world and is expected to receive approximately 600,000 visitors.

At this exhibition, Sany Group showcased 21 new products including excavators, crawler cranes, rollers, pile drivers and port machinery, with a total booth area exceeding 4,100 square meters, making it the largest exhibitor in China.

As in previous years, the Sany booth remained one of the most popular areas in the entire venue, where multiple new product launches and business signings for electrification and intelligence were held.

Excavators remain the biggest highlight of Sany at this exhibition. Following the exhibition of a full range of excavators meeting CE and Euro IV standards in the European market in 2019, Sany has now released 10 new products, including 3 small excavators, 3 medium excavators and 2 large excavators.

The SY19E all-electric excavator is a popular product at this year's bauma exhibition. It is reported that this machine weighing over 2 tons can work for a whole day after being charged for an hour, which can meet the environmental protection demands of the European market.

The world's first electric crawler crane, SCE800TB-EV, made its debut to the public for the first time. It replaces the diesel engine with a 282kWh battery and a 206kW motor. Its overall performance is the same as that of a diesel crane of the same tonnage that meets the Euro V standard, but it is more environmentally friendly, quieter and has stronger power. In terms of battery life, it can work continuously for 8 hours and supports both AC and DC charging.

The new generation of tire loaders SW305 and SW405 also made their debut. They adopt a brand-new hydraulic walking transmission system, and the overall climbing ability and off-road performance of the machine are leading. The industry believes that the future performance of the product is worth expecting.

Putzmeister, known as the "elephant", also showcased over 20 high-end and cutting-edge products, attracting significant attention.

In addition, the new telescopic boom forklift STH1440, the globally popular double steel wheel roller STR40-C, and the industry's best-selling rotary drilling rig SR285MV were all on display, fully demonstrating Sany's strength as a leading global machinery manufacturer.

The unprecedented grandeur of the exhibition highlights the achievements of Sany's internationalization

On the opening day, a large number of overseas agents and customers came to the Sany exhibition area to visit the exhibition. Among them, more than 100 European agents came alone, highlighting the rapid progress of Sany's internationalization.

The grandeur of Sany at the bauma exhibition is a microcosm of its rapid internationalization. In recent years, Sany has been actively expanding its overseas market and constantly upgrading and adjusting its industrial strategy. With the acceleration of its internationalization process, Sany has grown into a globally leading preferred equipment supplier.

In the first three quarters of 2022, Sany Group achieved its best overseas business performance for the same period in history: the international sales revenue of Sany Heavy Industry, a subsidiary of the group, reached 25.88 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 43.7%.

Among them, the European region of Sany Heavy Industry achieved sales revenue of 7.517 billion yuan in the first three quarters, a year-on-year increase of 26.5%. The sales revenue of Sany excavators in the UK, Italy and other countries increased by more than 60%, making it one of the regions with the best development situation for Sany Heavy Industry.
