The main reasons for the subsidence of the mobile tower crane chassis
Why does the chassis of a mobile tower crane sink when it is in operation? The main reasons for the chassis sinking are as follows: Firstly, the oil seal on the piston in the hydraulic cylinder becomes fatigued and aged, causing high-pressure oil from the upper chamber to leak into the lower chamber. During diagnosis, the pipe joint on the check valve can be loosened. If hydraulic oil flows out, it indicates that the oil seal is damaged. The second reason is poor sealing of the hydraulic check valve, such as dirty oil or poor fit between the valve core and the valve seat, which causes high-pressure oil in the upper chamber to leak into the pipe. When diagnosing, the upper pipe joint of the check valve can be loosened. If oil flows out, it indicates that the check valve has poor sealing. When using the machine in daily life, be sure to check it carefully.
