Attention! "National IV" sets off, Performance Boosts! The Lutong 2004 tractor is even stronger!
Recently, under the watchfulness of all, the "National III" journey of the agricultural machinery industry has come to an end, and the "National IV" era has officially begun. For the agricultural machinery industry, this is not only a test for engines that meet the National IV emission standards, but also an overall upgrade of product performance. Before this, agricultural machinery workers were accustomed to the configuration and efficiency of "National III" tractors and were relatively unfamiliar with "National IV" models.
"Preparation leads to success." If we can get to know the configuration of "National IV" tractors in advance, it will not only help everyone have a better understanding of "National IV" vehicles, but also assist many people choosing tractors to determine the model more quickly. Therefore, in the coming period of time, Xiaolu will combine the different models of Lutong's "National IV" tractors to talk to everyone about what makes the "National IV" tractors different and why Lutong tractors are stronger!
The model making its debut this time is the representative horsepower range of Lutong, the 200-horsepower new "National IV" model - the LTX2004-1 tractor. The 200-horsepower range has been the "main selling point" of Lutong tractors in recent years. The new "National IV" model, on the basis of the strong configuration of the 2004 tractor, has made further "additions", adding more "weight" to the performance of this 200-horsepower tractor.
Let's first look at the power unit. The engine has been "switched" from the original National III model to the Dongfanghong six-cylinder SCR (urea tank) diesel engine, which meets the National IV emission standards and is more fuel-efficient and energy-saving. Here, it is necessary to point out a common misunderstanding. Many customers think that the addition of urea to the National IV engine leads to higher costs. In fact, this is not the case. "National IV" is not limited to the installation of exhaust gas treatment systems; it also requires an upgrade of the entire engine and even the entire tractor to make the tractor more fuel-efficient, more durable, and reduce usage costs.
Looking at the rear axle configuration, this 200-horsepower tractor has been enhanced in terms of power output speed based on user feedback and the requirements of agricultural machinery. The speed has been "switched" from the original 540/720r/min to 760/850r/min, which offers a higher speed, better job adaptability, and higher work efficiency. At the same time, it adopts a reinforced gear-type transmission rear axle, three sets of hydraulic outputs, and is matched with three types of suspension equipment for agricultural machinery, which can fully demonstrate the charm of multi-functionality in one machine.
In addition, the Lutong LTX2004-1 "National IV" tractor will be equipped with a GPS system. The front and rear tires will adopt "A" shaped tires (with dimensions of 14.9-26/18.4-38). The transmission gears will still be 24F+8R (including high, medium and low gears), and it will be standard equipped with a crawl gear and adjustable half shaft track, providing drivers with a better driving and riding experience!
