01 Hybrid power, energy conservation and emission reduction

Hybrid excavators minimize operating costs and their carbon impact by optimizing power usage and minimizing reliance on fossil fuels. The XE1600H adopts XCMG's self-developed hybrid power system, equipped with an international high-end engine and an integrated range-extending motor as the power source. This enables the engine, motor, and hydraulic pump to operate at the same speed, achieving energy-saving "peak shaving and valley filling", and easily saving over 200,000 yuan a year.

02 High efficiency in increasing production and convenient maintenance

The XE1600H is equipped with a 10m³ bucket capacity, which is the largest in its class. When paired with 90-100-ton mining trucks, it only takes 4-5 shovels to fill one vehicle, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. The core components such as the working device, turntable and lower frame have undergone anti-fatigue simulation design and structural optimization, significantly enhancing the reliability of the entire machine. The service life of the equipment has been increased by 20%, creating higher value for customers.

In terms of after-sales maintenance and repair, XCMG also adheres to the concept of "full life cycle service". From the design and development stage, it fully considers the convenience of maintenance and repair. It has a fully interoperable service channel, with a minimum passage width of 600mm, far exceeding international standards, making it more convenient for operators and service engineers to go up and down. In addition, the XE1600H has a longer maintenance cycle. The hydraulic oil replacement cycle is extended to 4,000 hours, the engine oil and oil filter replacement cycle is 500 hours, and the fuel filter replacement cycle is 1,000 hours, significantly reducing the maintenance costs for customers.
