1. Insufficient lifting force or combat effectiveness of the boom
1. Improper adjustment of the safety valve leads to low system pressure. Readjust the system working pressure according to the specified value.
2. The oil suction pipe and oil filter are clogged. Clean and change the oil.
3. Internal leakage in the oil pump, oil cylinder and pipelines. Replace the oil pump and check the system's sealing performance according to the natural settlement amount.
4. If the multi-way valve is overloaded or the fit clearance between the valve stem and the valve body exceeds the specified limit, replace the multi-way valve.
Second, the system's working performance is reduced or unstable
1. The working oil has deteriorated. Replace the oil.
2. Foreign objects clog the pipeline. Clean the hydraulic system and the oil tank.
3. If the oil filter is clogged or damaged, clean or replace it.
4. There is air in the system. Check if there is any air leakage in the fuel supply system.
Three. The boom descends by itself after being lifted
1. Leakage inside the boom cylinder. Replace or disassemble and repair the cylinder.
2. The valve stem clearance of the multi-way valve is too large. Disassemble, repair or replace it.
Four. The oil temperature is too high
1. If the work is under heavy load for too long, stop the machine for rest or reduce the load.
2. Insufficient oil level. Add oil to the specified level.
5. After the steering wheel returns to its original position, continue to turn
The four-position spring pads inside the steering gear are damaged. Disassemble, repair and replace the spring plates.
2. Oil mixing.
