Year-end equipment parking and maintenance precautions

1. Waterproof and anti-rust: The equipment should be parked in a dry indoor area. If it has to be parked outdoors, a flat ground should be chosen and wooden boards laid on it. After parking, it should be covered with a tarpaulin.

2. Equipment Management: Before storing the equipment, all the equipment should be cleaned up neatly, especially the asphalt paving equipment.

3. Equipment parking: The fuel control lever of the equipment should be placed in idle position, and all control levers should be placed in neutral position.

4. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and service the equipment, and inspect the entire machine.

5. Engine maintenance and care

1) Anti-freezing: In an environment with temperatures below zero, the water in the equipment's water tank (including the tank and water pipes) should be drained. Antifreeze replacement -35 # engine coolant.

2) Fill the fuel tank with diesel to prevent it from rusting.

3) Seal the air intake and exhaust ports of the equipment engine with plastic bags.

6. Battery maintenance and care: Cut off the main power supply of the equipment.

7. When the milling machine is parked for a long time, the water in the sprinkler system should be drained completely to prevent the water from freezing and expanding in volume, which could damage the equipment. When parking the equipment, it should be kept as level as possible and the outrigger anti-settlement device should be used to prevent the equipment from toppling over due to the leakage of the oil cylinder.

8. If the equipment is parked for more than one month, it should be ensured that it idles for one hour each month to prevent battery damage due to lack of power.
