The Linlin Expressway is a highway in Shandong Province that runs from Linzi to Yinan, Linyi. It is also the longest expressway under construction in Shandong Province at present. This road is an important part of Shandong's "Nine Verticals, Five Horizontals, One Ring, Seven Radiations and Multiple Connections" expressway network. The project is connected to the proposed Binzhou-Zhanhua-Linzi Expressway in the north and the Rilan Expressway in the south. Once completed, it will become a high-speed passage running through the north and south of Shandong Province. The main line is 192.64 kilometers long, with a total investment of 37.042 billion yuan. It is designed to run at a speed of 120 kilometers per hour and extends southward to the Rilan Expressway. Passing through Zibo and Linyi. The route passes through Zhangdian District, Linzi District, Zichuan District, Boshan District and Yiyuan County of Zibo City, as well as Yishui County and Yinan County of Linyi City. It covers 9 districts and counties, 26 towns and 263 villages. The section from the starting point to the Qinglan Expressway is a two-way six-lane road, while the rest is a two-way four-lane road. As of now, 18% of the project's subgrade works have been completed, 20.5% of the bridge works have been completed, and 16.4% of the tunnel works have been completed. The project passes through the Black Iron Mountain Scenic Area, Lushan Scenic Area, the Red revolutionary base Yimeng Mountain and other places along the route. After its completion and opening to traffic, it will further enhance the interconnection and intercommunication between Shandong Province and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as well as the Yangtze River Economic Belt. It is of great significance for optimizing and improving the provincial road network layout and promoting the integrated development of the southern Shandong Economic Circle.

Smanda's hard rock treatment technology contributes to the construction of expressways

Xiao Da saw at the construction site of Linlin Expressway that workers were welding the steel bars of the base, and several cranes were also working at heights simultaneously. The scene was bustling with construction. At another construction site with a relatively fast progress, the work of prefabricated slab beams and bridge deck pavement is underway. Not far from the construction site, at the basalt sand and gravel treatment plant, the Smanda mobile crushing and screening equipment providing aggregates for this expressway project has already entered the site for construction.

Basalt is the best material among the stones used for repairing highways, railways, airport runways, etc. It has the advantages of strong compressive strength, low crushing value, strong abrasion resistance and good asphalt adhesion. It has always maintained a high position in the aggregate market.

The construction of the Linlin Expressway project requires a large amount of high-standard basalt crushed stones. There are three problems in the market procurement of high-standard basalt materials: First, the current supply of sand and gravel in the market cannot quickly and efficiently meet the construction needs of the project; Second, the market price of aggregates fluctuates greatly, and a large amount of external procurement of aggregates has increased the construction cost. Thirdly, the quality of the aggregates supplied by the market cannot meet the standard requirements for highway paving construction, and the time cost of quality control is relatively high, which reduces the construction efficiency.

There are a large number of mines in the local area of this project. The mining has produced a large amount of tailings and scraps. These raw materials can only be piled up for a long time, causing problems such as waste of land resources and damage to the ecological environment. Only by recycling limited resources and integrating ecological construction into all aspects of economic development can we achieve circular development and truly realize a win-win situation of social and economic benefits.

After comprehensively considering various factors, the Shandong Road and Bridge Expressway Project Department has decided to purchase a basalt crushing and shaping production line to utilize the surrounding ore and mineral resources to produce high-standard stone materials that meet the construction requirements of expressways.

Guangxi Simanda Company, relying on its professional on-site application experience and its own solid equipment technology, combined with the investment situation of this project, customized an economical, efficient and flexible production process for the customer, which was highly recognized by the customer. After several rounds of extensive research, the basalt mobile crushing and shaping production line of Guangxi Simanda Company was chosen. This machine was delivered by the SMHDA China service team. It operates for 10 hours a day. The stable and efficient crushing ratio and the relatively low power operation cost are the main factors for customers to choose SMHDA.

The design concept of Smanda mobile crushing equipment is centered on hard rock. For many years, it has been dedicated to hard rock crushing construction and is recognized as an expert in hard rock treatment in the industry. By strengthening its core technologies and empowering the dynamic line theory, Smanda comprehensively radiates to the crushing, screening and processing of materials in various fields. The hard rock processing production process of Smanda mainly consists of the Smanda crawler mobile jaw crusher S119J, crawler mobile cone crusher HP300RS, crawler mobile inclined screening machine S108, as well as the supporting shaping modules, excavators and loaders. Recently, the production and operation at the Linlin Expressway construction site project have been stable.
