To further enhance the construction efficiency and overall performance of the concrete wet shotcrete machine, CRRC Heavy Industry has launched a new generation of concrete wet shotcrete machines. This vehicle is equipped with a 103kW National IV engine, which is powerful, enables quick transfer, and features a fully hydraulic braking system, ensuring safety and reliability. The 45m³/h large-capacity pumping system has significantly enhanced the construction efficiency. The Φ125mm diameter conveying pipeline can handle both coarse and fine grains, reducing the probability of pipe blockage by 60% and further enhancing the adaptability of the equipment. 1500L large-capacity accelerator bucket, reducing the frequency of addition and improving construction efficiency. It adopts a two-stage telescopic + folding boom form, with a maximum spray height of 17 meters and a maximum spray width of 28 meters. It is equipped with a nozzle assembly that can rotate 360° axially, swing 240° left and right, and brush 8°, enabling 360° spray without blind spots.

The launch of the new generation of concrete wet shotcrete machines has enhanced the performance of tunnel support equipment, addressed industry pain points such as low construction efficiency and frequent pipe blockages, and provided an efficient new solution for mechanized tunnel support construction in railway, highway, water conservancy and other projects.
