It's so popular! Sany Electric's new products were sold out at the German exhibition.

During bauma 2022, the Sany exhibition area, themed "Upgrading Strength to Make the Strong Stronger", was bustling with activity. In particular, new products such as pure electric cranes, pure electric mixer trucks, and pure electric excavators attracted countless eyes. They were sold out immediately upon opening and received a large number of orders.

Electric cranes were "snapped up" in an instant.

On the first day, the Sany booth witnessed a major event. Under the witness of the media and on-site audiences, the world's first fully battery-powered telescopic boom crawler crane, SCE800TB-EV, was "snapped up" by Norwegian customers as soon as it was launched, becoming the focus of the first day.

Roland Quarre, the sales and service director of Sany dealer UCM Holland, introduced that the SCE800TB-EV completely replaces diesel engines with batteries and motors. It can work continuously for 8 hours after a single charge. Its overall performance is the same as that of diesel cranes of the same tonnage, but it is more environmentally friendly, quieter and has stronger power.

As one of the most popular products at the exhibition, the SCE800TB-EV, with its extremely high appearance and imposing image, attracted a large number of visitors to take photos with it. Many media reporters also climbed onto the huge vehicle to do live coverage.

Although it was sold out as soon as it was launched, "customers still come in a continuous stream to consult." Roland Quarre stated that this popular product will continue to be exhibited until October 30th, after which it will be directly sent to the customer's construction site.

Electric mixer trucks have received 400 orders

In the Putzmeister exhibition area, the iONTRON408P, China's first electric mixer truck to obtain market access qualifications in Europe, was surrounded by people. On the first day of its launch, it received over 400 orders and intention orders.

It is reported that this electric mixer truck was jointly developed by Sany and Putzmeister. Sany is responsible for design, research and development, manufacturing and certification, etc., while Putzmeister is responsible for market research, etc. During the long WVTA certification cycle, the product has successively passed nearly 80 rigorous certification tests.

In terms of technology, the 408P is equipped with a large-capacity battery, offering a standard-load combined driving range of 180 kilometers and a peak torque of 2400N·m. It is also fitted with AEBS braking system, cruise control, electro-hydraulic steering and other technologies, making it suitable for various complex working conditions.

An Icelandic customer who signed up for an electric mixer truck on the spot said that the electricity price in Iceland is very low, about 0.01 yuan per kilowatt-hour, and Sany is a leader in the industry's electrification. They plan to buy another five units in the future.

There are also European customers who signed purchase intentions for multiple electric vehicles at one go and requested that two be delivered before Christmas.

Electric excavators are "out of stock

As the global sales champion of excavators, at this exhibition, Sany released 10 new excavator models at one go. Among them, the all-electric micro-excavator SY19E, which made its debut in Europe, has attracted much attention, with a long queue of test drivers forming.

Technicians introduced that SY19E has multiple charging modes such as battery, plug-in and external connection. "Charge for one hour and work for a whole day", which can meet the environmental protection requirements of the European market.

Inside the cockpit, a 7-inch intelligent control panel replaces the traditional operation interface, providing customers with a more intelligent experience.

As a micro-excavator weighing less than 2 tons, the SY19E can work while being plugged in, just like a household appliance. This enables it to operate continuously for long periods without being affected by battery capacity.

The cool model and outstanding performance aroused great purchasing enthusiasm among on-site customers, and the SY19E soon entered a "out of stock" state. The on-site personnel said that due to the large number of people inquiring about prices, after several days of presentation, the technical explanations were already parched.

Industry insiders believe that Sany's electric products have won unanimous recognition from customers around the world with the most vigorous market performance on the world's most important stage, fully demonstrating the passion and charm of a world-class heavy industry manufacturer and leading domestic electric engineering vehicle products towards high-end.
