Key points of operating a vibrating screen

Before starting work, the operator should read the duty record and conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment. Check the tension of the V-belt, the oil level in the vibrator, the tension of the screen surface, the tightness of all bolts and the damage of the screen surface.

(2) The start-up of the vibrating screen should follow the sequence of the process system.

(3) When the vibrating screen is in operation, the working conditions of the exciter and the screen box should be inspected by visual and auditory means. After the vibrating screen stops, touch the area near the bearing cover with your hand to check the temperature rise of the bearing.

(4) The shutdown of the vibrating screen should comply with the sequence of the process system. Except for special requirements, it is strictly prohibited to continue feeding materials to the vibrating screen after it has stopped with materials.

(5) When the shift of the vibrating screen is handed over, the technical condition of the screen on duty and the faults found should be recorded in the duty record. The record of the vibrating screen should indicate the type of damage to the components and the dates for adding or changing oil to the exciter.

(6) Vibrating screens are high-speed moving equipment. When the vibrating screen is in operation, the operators and inspectors should maintain a certain safety distance to prevent personal accidents.
