The anchor grouting trolley is a support construction equipment that integrates drilling anchor bolt holes, automatic installation of anchor bolts and grouting in tunnel construction. The MZ2113 anchoring trolley independently developed by Xizhu Company is mainly used for the construction of underground projects such as highways, railways and water conservancy, as well as slope anchor rods. It integrates drilling, rod installation, tensioning and grouting operations, and can achieve full-process mechanized operation of prestressed anchor rod construction, as well as information-based construction such as construction record and remote management. This vehicle is equipped with two working arms. The drill arm and two anchor bolt compartments can carry 20 anchor bolts at a time. The equipment is equipped with a built-in grouting pump system, which can achieve integrated operations of radial hollow prestressed anchor bolt drilling, bolt installation, prestress application and grouting. The prestress application capacity of this vehicle can reach over 10 tons.
