Customized imported Isuzu high-power 128.4kW National IV engine with high power redundancy, achieving powerful output and meeting the complex working conditions of earthwork and small-scale mines. The DOC+DPF+EGR post-treatment technology does not require the addition of urea, making daily maintenance and care more convenient.

By optimizing the universal characteristic curve of the engine and integrating it with the dynamic optimization intelligent control system, all gears and modes operate within the engine's optimal fuel consumption zone, achieving the best match between the engine and the main pump. This fully leverages the power and speed of the excavator, making the excavation smoother, more efficient, and with lower fuel consumption.

Upgrade the electronic control system for more comfortable and precise operation

By adopting the upgraded fully electronic control system and applying high-performance electro-proportional control of the main valve, the controller has achieved high-precision control of the valve core, with more accurate positioning and higher operational precision. Despite its huge size of 23.2 tons, precise operation is no problem at all.

Adopting a brand-new hydraulic circuit, it reduces the power loss of oil return, establishes the best control, features high power transmission rate, high efficiency and low fuel consumption.

Strengthening structural components, one battle at a time showcases strength

The working device is made of high-strength steel plate, high-strength forgings and wear-resistant steel, with an integrated connecting rod cast, which is highly reliable. The structural components are optimized through multi-body dynamics CAE analysis and fatigue simulation to enhance the service life of the working device. Reinforced four-wheel drive and one belt ensure the strength of the walking device in harsh environments.

It is equipped with a new 1.35m³ bucket as standard, with a digging force of up to 158kN, and the loading capacity has increased by 10%. The optimized large-bore bucket and bucket rod cylinder can reduce the impact and resistance on the machine during excavation, thereby extending the service life of the bucket and increasing the excavation speed. It can also be equipped with 1.1m³-1.35m³ buckets to achieve "one bucket per condition", meeting the operational requirements of different working conditions. The SY235H is equipped with a standard mass production program. For special working conditions, a hoisting mode is added. It only needs to be operated on the display screen to meet the hoisting requirements, with precise positioning and smooth operation.
