How can I check the rotational speed on the display screen

When the excavator experiences a stuck vehicle phenomenon, you can check whether the rotational speed has dropped, how many revolutions it has dropped, and whether the working condition is normal.

The method to check the rotational speed is as follows

Press and hold the buzzer switch, and at the same time turn the key switch to ON to enter the service diagnosis.

2. While holding down the buzzer, press the selection switch (the first button in the second row) three times, select Adjustment Mode 1 downward, and press the selection switch to confirm.

3. Use the wiper button and the water sprayer button to select the adjustment items up and down. When switching to "Display Speed", press the selection switch to confirm entering this option. Select ON and press the selection switch again to confirm.

4. When you need to check the rotational speed, press the display switch to switch to the rotational speed display page.

Automatic idle stop

The functions are as follows

No.1 Save fuel;

After the No.2 engine automatically shuts off, the exhaust emissions are zero, which is beneficial to environmental protection.

No.3: Extend engine life. When the engine is idling, the fuel cannot be completely burned, which is prone to cause carbon deposits in the engine. Carbon deposits in the engine will burn oil, increase energy consumption, and reduce the engine's power output.

The method for setting the automatic idle stop is as follows

Press and hold the buzzer switch, and at the same time turn the key switch to ON to enter the service diagnosis.

2. While holding down the buzzer, press the selection switch (the first button in the second row) three times, select Adjustment Mode 1 downward, and press the selection switch to confirm.

3. Use the wiper button to select the adjustment items. When switching to automatic stop, press the selection on/off key to confirm.

4. Use the wipers and water sprayer. Select the automatic idle stop time by pressing the up and down selection keys. Press the selection on/off key to confirm. It can be adjusted between 60 and 600. If set to 999, the idle stop will be lifted.
