I. Working Principle

The working principle of the wrapping machine is mainly based on the coordinated movement of the rotation of the turntable and the lifting and lowering of the mold frame. The specific steps are as follows:


Goods positioning: Place the wrapped object in the center of the turntable.

Turntable rotation: Start the turntable motor to drive the turntable to rotate, enabling the object to be wrapped and wound around the periphery.

Mold frame lifting: At the same time, the elevator motor starts, driving the winding and strapping machine assembly to move up and down, achieving the winding of objects in the height direction.

Complete packaging: Through the coordinated movement of the turntable and the mold frame, the entire surface of the object is wrapped and packaged.

Roller winding machine: It achieves winding and wrapping of the radial cylindrical surface by driving the rotation of the cylindrical goods through two power idlers on the turntable.

Steel band wrapping machine: It uses steel bands as packaging materials to wrap and package goods.

By the degree of mechanical automation:

Fully automatic winding machine: It realizes automated operation without the need for manual intervention.

Semi-automatic winding machine: Some operations require manual intervention, such as placing goods and starting the equipment.

Manual winding machine: Relying on manual operation, it is suitable for small-batch and low-efficiency packaging requirements.

According to the form of the membrane frame structure:

Pre-stretch wrapping machine: It achieves uniform film wrapping by setting the stretch ratio and features a high utilization rate of consumables.

Resistance stretch wrapping machine: It can adapt to different film materials by adjusting the friction damping, but it has insufficient stability for light and high goods.

Mechanical pre-stretching winding machine: It combines mechanical structure to achieve pre-stretching of films.
