Sany Heavy Machinery's Zan 101SW955K-S is a 3.3-meter-wheelbase 5.5-ton all-round loader product meticulously developed by Sany Heavy Machinery. It is specially designed for bulk material loading, featuring high efficiency, environmental friendliness, energy conservation, and intelligent control. It has a maximum working capacity of 5 tons.

It is equipped with a custom engine with a power of 175kW. It is powerful, stable and reliable, fuel-efficient and easy to maintain. Both the front and rear drive axles adopt a reinforced wheel-side reduction gear design, feature full hydraulic braking, and are equipped with split clamps, providing good maintenance convenience. The rear axle is an integral swing frame, which is more reliable in structure and more suitable for heavy-load working conditions, significantly enhancing product reliability and extending service life.

Tailor-made reinforced 50 planetary gearbox for Sany loaders, with a matching traction force increase of 168kN, enhancing torque carrying and transmission capacity, and improving operation efficiency by 5%. The frame adopts a box-type structure, featuring high torsional strength, a large-span design, stronger load-bearing capacity and wider adaptability.

The first-class technology adopts a load-sensitive hydraulic system. Through the combined flow of three pumps, the flow is distributed as needed. It is highly efficient and energy-saving while also taking into account the control performance. The steering is light, the response speed is fast, and the energy efficiency distribution of the hydraulic system is reasonable. It adopts full hydraulic braking, with rapid braking response and strong braking force, effectively shortening the braking distance.
