Maintenance and repair methods for vibrating screens

1. Daily maintenance of vibrating screens

The daily maintenance of vibrating screens includes the surface of the screen, especially the tightness of the screen surface. When the vibrating screen becomes loose, it should be tightened in time. The surface of the vibrating screen should be cleaned regularly. For areas where the paint has peeled off, timely repair, rust removal and repainting should be carried out. 2. Regular maintenance of vibrating screens

Regular maintenance of vibrating screens includes weekly and monthly inspections.

(1) Weekly inspection of vibrating screen: Check the tightness of bolts on the exciter, screen surface, support device and other parts. When the vibrating screen is loose, it should be tightened. Check the usage condition of the transmission device and the locking condition of the connecting bolts. Use the vibrating screen to check the tension of the V-belt and tighten it appropriately if necessary. When inspecting the screen of a vibrating screen, special attention should be paid to checking whether the unbalanced weights on the flywheel are securely fixed. (2) Monthly inspection of vibrating screens: Check the wear condition of the screen surface. If obvious local wear is found on the vibrating screen, necessary measures (such as repositioning, etc.) should be taken and the screen surface should be re-tightened. Inspect the entire screen frame of the vibrating screen, mainly check the welds of the main beam and all the crossbeams, and carefully inspect for any local cracks. Check the condition of all the bolts on the side plates of the screen box. When a gap or looseness is found between the bolts and the side plates of the vibrating screen, new bolts should be replaced.
