Lovol hydrostatic system

In traditional hydraulic mechanical transmission, the energy loss of the torque converter is large, and the average transmission efficiency does not exceed 60%. The hydrostatic transmission technology route can effectively avoid the high-load and low-efficiency areas of the torque converter, with an average efficiency of no less than 75%.

Equipped with Weichai WP10H engine, it features a custom-developed HST-exclusive performance curve, perfectly matching the HST drive system. It offers high economy, responsiveness and lower fuel consumption.

The Lovol closed neutral constant variable hydraulic system is highly efficient and fuel-saving. It has achieved compound actions, more comfortable loading control, higher full bucket rate and lower fuel consumption!

The structural reinforcement is highly efficient and reliable

The working device structure has been newly upgraded. It is standard-equipped with a 4.4m³ bucket, and the material of the bucket wall plates is made of high-strength wear-resistant plates. The material of the main blade plate is wear-resistant plate. There are multiple wear-resistant plates at the bottom of the bucket to slow down the wear rate of the bucket bottom.

The Lovol reinforced dry bridge is adopted, featuring stable quality and reliable performance. The drive axle housing has been upgraded, with a lifespan 20% longer than that of industry products. The differential is strengthened, the gear module is increased, the cross shaft is thickened, and the strength is enhanced by 40%.
