With multi-scenario applications and diversified adaptation, the Panhu Electric Motorcycle ecosystem matrix showcased its "grand display" at the Milan exhibition

On November 4th, the 2025 Milan International Two-Wheeler Show EICMA (hereinafter referred to as "Milan Show") grandly kicked off. The new products of the partners in the electric drive ecosystem of Panhu Electric Motorcycles were all on display, covering multiple fields such as commuting, off-road, and express delivery, as well as various power modes including pure electric and hybrid. With breakthroughs in core technologies, they are accelerating the cultivation and opening up of electric motorcycle application scenarios, becoming a bright business card showcasing China's innovative strength in electric motorcycles at the exhibition.

As a globally leading brand of electric two-wheelers, Tailei Electric vehicles are renowned in the industry for their "long range". At this year's Milan Show, the Taileng S96MAX is equipped with the hub PDS15K side-mounted electric drive assembly, featuring a wheel-side direct drive design, which increases the transmission efficiency by approximately 6%. The high-efficiency zone of the motor is larger, the energy consumption during driving is lower, and the braking energy recovery efficiency is increased by 108%. Compared with traditional radial flux motors, the overall vehicle range is improved by approximately 20%, reaching 300Km (45km/h), enabling high-performance electric motorcycles to "go further".

The Apollo RFN® Warrior Pro "Warrior King" electric off-road motorcycle, equipped with a hub PDS15K axial flux motor, achieved a sixth-place finish in the professional category in its first participation in the Red Bull TKO Extreme Endurance Race this year, once again attracting widespread attention at this exhibition.

The hub PDS15K axial flux motor has a peak power of 15kW and a maximum output torque at the wheel end reaching approximately 600N·m. The volume and self-weight of the motor are lighter, and the axial dimension is shortened by one third. Within the limited frame space, the thickness of the gear shaft and the size of the bearing are approximately doubled, effectively strengthening the transmission system and ensuring stable power output in extreme off-road conditions. Meanwhile, the motor protection grade reaches IP67, which can effectively resist the erosion of common harsh off-road environments such as mud, sand and dust, and puddles, making off-roading more free and easy.

The Benda P51 concept car breaks through the single power form of traditional motorcycles and serves as a benchmark for the practical exploration of hybrid motorcycles. This model deeply integrates the power of a 250cc horizontally opposed twin-cylinder engine and a hub ICS4K axial flux generator, supporting three working modes: pure electric, hybrid, and performance. The hub axial flux motor is small in size, light in weight, highly efficient, and can be flexibly and conveniently arranged. In terms of structural design, no major changes to the entire vehicle are required. In terms of power performance, the vehicle's combined output power is 46kW (62 horsepower), with a peak torque of 100Nm. It can accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in just 3.7 seconds.

The comprehensive display of the Panhu electric motorcycle ecosystem matrix not only highlights the leading position of Chinese enterprises in the core technology field of electric drive, but also, through an open and cooperative model, gathers the strength of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain to jointly promote the global electric motorcycle industry to move towards a smarter, more environmentally friendly and more diversified direction.
