Routine inspection

The concrete mixer truck is most afraid of the tank not turning on the road. Generally, the concrete tank cannot be stopped for more than two hours. For concrete of grade C40 or above, the tank cannot be stopped on the road. After starting the car, first let the tank rotate at a low speed, then check the tire tread, tire pressure and other aspects around the car. Check if there are any stones, iron nails or the like stuck in the tires and clean them up in time.

Special attention matters inspection

Bolt inspection

Including the connecting bolts between the reducer and the tank body, the fixing bolts of the reducer base, the connecting bolts and U-bolts, etc., regular maintenance must be carried out during daily operation. Before a new vehicle leaves the factory, check if it is loose. The first tightening cycle is the first week of use, and then check and tighten it once a month to prevent problems before they occur.

Lubricating oil replacement

This includes gear oil for reducers, hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system, engine oil, etc. Once lacking, it will cause wear and tear on related components and affect the overall performance of the vehicle. It is recommended to replace it after the first 100 hours of operation, and then every 1,000 hours thereafter (at least once a year).

Replacement of radiator filter element

The radiator is equivalent to the breathing system of a car. Once the "breathing" is not smooth, it will cause the engine to overheat and lead to problems such as cylinder explosion. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check and replace the filter element in daily work. It can be replaced simultaneously with the maintenance of the hydraulic system. The filter element should be replaced when the vacuum gauge pointer is in the red area. It should be replaced at least once a year.

Add butter

Components such as the drive shaft, raceway, towing wheel, main groove rotating shaft, and control lever should be greased once a month to reduce the wear of key parts and thus extend their service life.
