Core configuration, achieving both energy efficiency and reliability

For products meeting the National IV emission standards, the engine must be given special attention. The Shandong Lingong E6375H is equipped with a Cummins L9 National IV engine, with a real power output of 243KW. Compared with National III products, it has the best power matching, high torque reserve, and achieves both efficiency and fuel consumption under heavy load conditions. The enlarged heat dissipation system can ensure that the equipment operates continuously without overheating and can easily handle various working conditions.

The hydraulic system is also a core component of an excavator. The E6375H excavator is equipped with a fully electronic control system independently developed by Lingong, featuring a 212 large-displacement main pump and a 700B large-diameter main valve. With top-notch electro-hydraulic configuration, it outperforms similar models in the industry. It features strong flow capacity, low system pressure loss and low fuel consumption. By integrating a proportional solenoid valve into the main valve, it can achieve full electrical control and independent operation of each action of the entire machine. At the same time, the electrical wiring harness connection replaces the hydraulic pilot pipeline, significantly reducing power loss. With a 2.1m³ super-large bucket capacity, it achieves ultimate efficiency and ultra-low fuel consumption. According to the actual test at the construction site, when loading mineral materials with an eight-gear throttle, the fuel consumption is only 24 liters per hour.

For mining customers, the well-known Lingong "Hammer King" technology in the industry is applied to the crushing mode of this vehicle, and a dedicated reinforced high-flow hydraulic pipeline is designed. The E6375H weighs 39 tons as a whole. It is made of solid materials and is reliable and durable, specially designed for mining users. The large wheelbase of 4,240mm offers better stability than similar competitors. In terms of structural components, it is standard-equipped with heavy-duty boom, mine bucket rod and reinforced tie rod, which makes its load-bearing capacity greater and service life longer. The idler wheel is fixed by a double support method, making the structure more reliable. It is equipped with a protective structure for the rotary mechanism of Lingong, which guides water flow, blocks foreign objects, extends the service life of the rotary mechanism, and enhances the protection of the bottom pipeline.
