Customized development, more powerful functions! The SWE750ELR extended arm hydraulic excavator of Sunward Intelligent has rolled off the production line and been delivered

This excavator was specially customized and developed for a certain open-pit coal mine in China. It is mainly used for slope repair and treatment in mines as well as safe coal extraction from deep pits over long distances. According to the local construction characteristics, multiple customized multi-functional configurations have been added, making it more suitable for the local construction conditions. In addition, this device is developed and designed on the basic platform of the "Mine Tool" SWE750F of Sanyo Intelligent. It adopts the original complete set of electro-hydraulic system, which is mature, reliable and stable in operation.

What are the main new special function configurations it has?

The working device adopts a 12m+9m extended boom and bucket rod. It can be optionally equipped with a 1.6-2.0m³ large-capacity reinforced wear-resistant bucket. The maximum digging height exceeds 17 meters and the maximum digging distance reaches 21 meters, meeting the requirements for high-distance and long-distance digging operations.

Equipped with a lithium battery, compared with conventional lead-acid batteries, it has a higher storage capacity and a longer charging cycle life. On this basis, a cold start device is added to the fuel system, which has the function of preheating diesel combustion and can meet the normal start requirements in low-temperature conditions (-45℃) in the region, and has better adaptability in high-cold areas.

Equipped with a complete set of automatic fire extinguishing systems, including smoke and temperature detectors in the engine compartment that can identify automatic fire extinguishers and four manual fire extinguishers, it can effectively put out fires when they occur, prevent the spread of fire, and protect the safety of excavators and operators.

Equipped with a safety camera system, the entire vehicle is fitted with multiple high-definition cameras to monitor blind spots during excavation operations at any time, allowing operators to have a more accurate understanding of the surrounding environment of the excavator. In addition, the camera can also transmit image information, helping operators better understand the situation at the construction site, thereby improving the efficiency and quality of the operation.

Equipped with a centralized automatic lubrication device and a 16L large-capacity lubrication pump, it can meet the long-term greasing time. The hinge pins of the boom, bucket rod and cylinder can be automatically lubricated to reduce the oiling time for customers and improve work efficiency. The centralized lubrication system is also equipped with a lubrication system pressure monitoring function. Faults such as lubrication system blockage and pipeline open circuit can all be indicated through instrument alarms.

The downloader adopts the "HDLC" reinforced 100T-class chassis system, which is lengthened and widened. One side has been upgraded to 9 reinforced idler wheels and is equipped with heavy-duty double-rivered track plates. It has strong grip, better stability and is more suitable for long-arm operation conditions.

It adopts the high-strength and anti-roll cab independently developed by Sunward Intelligent, which has passed the FOPS/ROPS safety standard certification. The top and the upper and lower parts of the front windshield are equipped with standard protective nets to enhance protection and meet the safety requirements of mining construction and crushing and loosening operations.

In addition, the SWE750ELR also features more ergonomic designs, equipped with full vehicle handrails and maintenance walkways, providing staff with more space for maintenance and operation. The fan of the cooling system is equipped with a reverse self-cleaning function, making maintenance and cleaning more worry-free. It adopts the first self-cleaning air filter in China. Through the built-in dust removal pump, it can automatically remove dust regularly, extend the filter element replacement cycle, and thereby improve the cleanliness of the engine intake air... All in all, the SWE750ELR is an outstanding excavator with excellent performance in all aspects.

In the early stage of the project's development, due to the urgent delivery time of the product and the certain difficulty in product configuration, it posed a considerable challenge to the project team. However, the team still withstood the pressure, worked overtime, and eventually successfully completed the research and development and production delivery.

The successful rollout of the SWE750ELR crawler hydraulic excavator is not only another successful case of customized design and development of large excavators by Sanyo Intelligent, but also a typical interpretation of Sanyo Intelligent's independent innovation brand.
