When we use hydraulic lifts in daily life, we should frequently carry out inspections, maintenance and upkeep. This not only extends the service life of the hydraulic lift, but also enables it to exert greater power during operation! For instance, the transmission part should have sufficient lubricating oil. The vulnerable parts must be inspected, maintained or replaced frequently. The bolts of the machinery, especially those that vibrate frequently, such as the connecting bolts of the slewing bearing and the lifting arm, should be checked for looseness. If any are found loose, they must be tightened or replaced immediately. Next, let's first take a look at the regulations on the maintenance time of hydraulic lifts

1. Daily maintenance (carried out every shift).

After the elevator has been in operation for 1,500 hours, minor repairs should be carried out on the mechanical and electrical systems.

After the elevator has been in operation for 5,000 hours, medium repairs should be carried out on the mechanical and electrical systems.

After the elevator has been in operation for 10,000 hours, a major overhaul of the mechanical and electrical systems should be carried out.

Next, let's talk about the maintenance and upkeep of hydraulic lift mechanical equipment

The brakes of each mechanism should be frequently inspected and the clearance between the brake shoes and the brake wheels adjusted to ensure flexibility and reliability. There should be no dirt on the friction surface. If there is any dirt, it must be washed off with gasoline or thinner.

2. The lubrication of all parts such as the reducer, gearbox, and external meshing gears, as well as the hydraulic oil, shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the lubrication table.

3. It is necessary to pay attention to checking whether there are any broken wires or loose strands in each part of the steel wire rope. If it exceeds the relevant regulations, it must be replaced immediately. The maintenance and upkeep of steel wire ropes should strictly follow the provisions of GB5144-85.

4. Regularly check the connection conditions of all parts. If any are loose, tighten them. The tightness of the connecting bolts of the machine body should be checked when the machine body is under pressure (the pressure state can be created by rotating the arm). All connecting pin shafts must have split pins and they need to be fully opened.

5. Regularly check whether all mechanisms are operating normally and if there is any noise. If any fault is found, it must be eliminated in time.

When installing, disassembling and adjusting the slewing mechanism, it is necessary to ensure that the center line of the slewing mechanism reducer is parallel to the center line of the gear, the meshing surface is not less than 70%, and the meshing clearance is appropriate.

7. Regularly check all the wires and cables for any damage. The damaged part should be bandaged and replaced in a timely manner.

8. If the motor shows signs of overheating, it should be stopped immediately. Only after the fault is eliminated can it resume operation. The lubrication of the motor bearings should be good. Atlas air compressor parts

9. The contact surfaces of each part of the brushes should be kept clean. Adjust the brush pressure to ensure that the contact area is no less than 50%.

10. All control boxes, distribution boxes, etc. should be kept clean at all times, and the dust on electrical equipment should be swept up in time.

11. The contacts of the limit switches of each safety device must open and close reliably, and the arc pits of the contacts should be ground off in time.
