Maintenance
Why do loaders need to be greased frequently?
Construction machinery such as excavators and loaders should be greased every day. If a loader driver fails to apply grease for 100 consecutive hours, damage may occur inside the loader's bearings. Due to the lack of lubrication, continuous friction, high temperature and high pressure, the metal inside may deform and shed metal shavings.
You should know that these metal shavings may clog the space of the bearing. Their hardness is greater than that of grease. At that time, you won't be able to get grease in even if you want to!
If such a problem really occurs, the solution is to disassemble the bearing. Remove all the debris and check if the wear between the main shaft and the bushing is severe. If it is not severe, just clean it off and reinstall it. If it is severe, the entire set of bearings needs to be replaced. Otherwise, if the wear is too large and the clearance is too large, the grease will not be retained.
One more thing, the most crucial maintenance for construction machinery and equipment is to apply grease!
