Facing the problem of stuck drill in gravel layers, the intelligent drilling parameter monitoring system can adjust the mud ratio and drilling speed in real time, reducing drill tool wear by 50% and shortening the construction period by 20%. In addition, the noise pollution during construction is reduced by 40dB compared to traditional equipment. By adopting the "mud recycling + drill cuttings solidification" technology, the resource recovery rate reaches 92%, which not only saves costs but also is environmentally friendly, achieving two goals at once!
