Fogler's brand-new compact pavers, Super 1380i and Super 1383i

As a globally renowned brand in the road paver market, we have launched two new types of pavers with a paving width ranging from 0.75 to 5 meters: the Super 1380i crawler paver and the Super 1383i wheel paver. Both of these pavers are equipped with powerful low-emission engines and can provide all the main paving functions, ensuring excellent paving quality and offering a higher cost performance.

Both the new Super 1380i and Super 1383i are equipped with a powerful 81kW diesel engine and an easy-to-operate ErgoBasic control system. They are highly efficient in construction and have satisfactory paving results, making them two machines with very high cost performance

Two sturdy and powerful pavers

Fogler has now launched two compact pavers specifically designed for the Chinese market: the Super 1380i and the Super 1383i. These pavers are suitable not only for repair work in various traffic areas but also for economically and efficiently completing high-standard projects in city centers and on major roads.

Both of these compact pavers are targeted at customers who attach great importance to stable and reliable engineering. They not only have all the Basic paving functions, but also are equipped with the ErgoBasic control system that is easy to learn and master, as well as the optional Niveltronic Basic automatic longitudinal and transverse slope control system. Their compact design, 81kW diesel engine power and a large paving capacity of up to 350 tons per hour all make these two machines extremely sturdy, versatile and powerful.

The AB 340 screed is available in three types: T (equipped with a rammer), V (equipped with a vibrator), and TV (equipped with both a rammer and a vibrator). The Super 1380i and Super 1383i can be used in conjunction with any of these types to achieve a spreading width ranging from 1.8 to 3.4 meters.

In addition, by equipping with widening boots, the minimum paving width can reach 0.75m, and by using mechanical extension blocks, the maximum paving width can be achieved at 5 m.

Low emissions

Both pavers are equipped with powerful four-cylinder diesel engines, delivering 81 kW at 2,000 rpm. It also features low emissions and low fuel consumption: The use of diesel particulate filters (DPF) and diesel oxidation catalysts (DOC) for effective exhaust post-treatment, combined with intelligent electronic engine control, can significantly reduce harmful substances. Therefore, these two compact pavers from Fugler comply with the NR4, or National IV emission standards, and their machine names contain the suffix "i" : this suffix stands for "Intelligent Emission Control", indicating that they adopt innovative technologies to ensure lower emissions and are environmentally friendly engines.

ErgoBasic is easy to operate

The Super 1380i and Super 1383i are equipped with the ErgoBasic control system, which can operate as fast, precise and intuitive as the ErgoPlus 3 system on the "-3" series pavers. However, ErgoBasic is limited to the basic functions required. This includes a clear functional arrangement and status display, control of various modes, automatic background lighting for convenient night construction, and realistic simple steering through a knob controller or steering wheel.

In addition, the new paver also features a swivel seat and a rotatable operator control panel, making the construction process more user-friendly and providing greater comfort for the operators. Both the ErgoBasic and ErgoPlus 3 control systems are based on the same operation concept and have the same symbol identification. Users can switch and use them between different Vogler pavers very easily and conveniently.

The operation is simple and intuitive

Niveltronic Basic automatic longitudinal and transverse slope control system

Vogler also offers an automatic longitudinal and transverse slope control system that matches the ErgoBasic control system: Niveltronic Basic. It is fully integrated with the control system of the machine, and thus is fully applicable to both types of machines.

This automatic longitudinal and transverse slope control system can be independently controlled through the independent, compact and very sturdy edge control panels on each side of the ironing plate. Its operation is very simple and intuitive, which can ensure an ideal paving effect. In addition, Niveltronic Basic can also be connected and used with various Vogler sensors, ranging from mechanical sensors to non-contact ultrasonic sensors or laser receivers, further expanding its application range.
