Four-column hydraulic press application, common faults and maintenance
The four-column hydraulic press is suitable for the pressing process of plastic materials. Such as powder product forming, plastic product forming, cold (hot) extrusion metal forming, thin plate stretching, as well as transverse pressing, bending pressing, flipping through, and correction processes.
Common faults and maintenance methods of four-column hydraulic presses: In hydraulic transmission systems, there are often some relatively precise parts. Although people find the hydraulic transmission of machinery labor-saving and convenient, they also feel that it is prone to damage. The main reason for this is that we are not very clear about its working principle and structural characteristics, and thus have little knowledge of the methods for its prevention and maintenance. There are three fundamental "pathogenic" factors in hydraulic systems: contamination, overheating and air entry. These three unfavorable factors are closely interrelated. If any one of them occurs, it will lead to another or more problems. Practical experience has shown that 75% of the causes of diseases in hydraulic systems are attributed to these three factors. Solution: The cleaning and assembly of some major precision components in the system should be carried out in a very clean room. The room should have a clean floor and sealed doors and Windows, and the temperature is best maintained at around 200℃.
Great attention should be paid to the storage and transportation of working oil. Oil drums should be marked with special signs and covered properly. In winter, be careful not to let the air inside the bucket condense into moisture and mix with the oil, and do not let the rust flakes from the bucket skin fall into the bucket. A number of preventive measures taken for engines and other mechanical systems in winter, such as covering for anti-freezing, heating and insulation, and switching to low-viscosity working oil, are all applicable to hydraulic systems.
In winter and under harsher working conditions, the four-column hydraulic press system should be frequently inspected and maintained, and the working oil should be changed regularly.
