Maintenance of corn silage machines during use
The use of corn silage machines is becoming increasingly widespread. They can effectively help farmers improve work efficiency and reduce manual labor. During the usage process, the corn silage machine needs to be maintained frequently to last longer.
Maintenance methods for corn silage machines: When using a corn silage machine, grease should be added to the two shafts once every 30 hours of operation. After cleaning the oil stains on the bearings thoroughly, grease should be added again. Adding grease is to reduce the wear of internal parts of the machine and is also an important step to extend its service life. It is necessary to frequently check the wear condition of the chain. After the hammer pieces have been used for a period of time, they can be replaced according to the rounding of the edges and corners of the blades. If all four edges and corners are worn, the hammer pieces must be replaced. Do not wait until it cannot operate normally to think of checking the blades, otherwise it will affect the operation efficiency and damage the parts. Clean the interior of the machine in time and check if all the fasteners are loose. If any are loose, tighten them immediately. In addition, the tightness of the drive belt should be checked regularly. If any abnormality is found, it should be adjusted in time.
If the corn silage machine is parked in the open air, corresponding rainproof tools should be set up to prevent the accelerated rusting of some components due to moisture over time, thus shortening its service life.
