Filling the domestic market gap: Weichai's high-end power with Large Bore makes another move!

Recently, a mobile high-flow fire extinguishing integrated unit equipped with Weichai's high-end 12M33 power system was successfully trial-produced in Hubei Province, with a pumping flow rate of up to one ton of water in 2.5 seconds. Weichai is making another move into the high-end market.

The first fire-fighting equipment of its kind in China

The mobile high-flow fire extinguishing integrated unit is a domestic first. Customers have very high requirements for the power performance and reliability of the product. This product is mainly used to extinguish fires in petrochemical storage tanks with a capacity of over 10,000 tons. The power source comes from Weichai's high-end 12M33 power. When the oil tank is full of oil and the supply of water and foam liquid raw liquid is sufficient, it can continuously output water or foam mixture at a flow rate of 400L/s for 4 hours until the oil tank fire is completely extinguished.

Meanwhile, the 12M33 high-end power system is equipped with a specially designed cooling system, which is not afraid of the heat wave at the fire scene and provides a continuous and reliable power supply for close-range fire control. Adopting an independent ECU, it meets the requirements of remote start, stop, adjustment and control of the entire vehicle equipment, ensuring the safety of the operators.
