The product of XCMG Sanzhong Company has successfully tested the vehicle-mounted terminal for National IV monitoring
Recently, with the successful one-time reading of all the emission data tests of the single steel wheel National IV prototype of the road machinery product by the networked computer, it marks that XCMG Sanzhong Company has successfully completed the performance test of the on-board terminal of the National IV emission road machine product monitoring platform, laying a good foundation for XCMG Sanzhong's National IV emission road machine to enter the market.
The company began to select in-vehicle terminals in March this year. After several rounds of strict network connection tests, the final installed product was chosen. It not only meets the sixteen basic requirements for data collection, identification and upload stipulated by national regulations, but also has additional functions such as multi-level vehicle locking and vehicle working status monitoring.
Next, XCMG Sanzhong Company will conduct network debugging between its products and the monitoring platform of the National Motor Vehicle Emission Control Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment through Xiamen Haiyi Interconnection's National IV emission monitoring platform, enabling the products to transmit emission data to the national platform in a timely manner as required by regulations and truly possess the National IV emission monitoring function.
Since the construction machinery industry has been promoting the upgrade of non-road machinery to National IV emission standards, XCMG Sanzhong Company has proactively connected with engine manufacturers and actively carried out product upgrading and replacement work, further enhancing the competitiveness of its products. The successful installation of the on-board terminal system this time marks that XCMG Sanzhong's National IV emission channel machine products have completed the final step before marketization, ensuring that all main-selling products are upgraded to National IV standards by December 1st, and fulfilling the company's social responsibility to achieve the "dual carbon" goals.
